Kaycha Labs (kaycha.ai) provides automated SMS notifications to internal engineering and operations staff for system events, deployment alerts, and operational status updates. Messages are sent from +1 (833) 465-8378.

How to Opt In

To subscribe to Kaycha Labs operational notifications:

1. Text START or SUBSCRIBE to +1 (833) 465-8378.
2. You will receive a confirmation message asking you to reply YES to confirm your subscription.
3. Once confirmed, you will begin receiving operational notifications.

Consent to receive SMS notifications is entirely voluntary. Opting in is not a condition of employment or access to any Kaycha Labs service.

Message Types

You may receive notifications related to:

• Deployment alerts (code pushes, build status)
• System health warnings and status updates
• CI/CD pipeline notifications
• Infrastructure alerts
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) codes
• Account notifications

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on system activity. Estimated volume is up to 1,000 messages per month across all subscribers. You will only receive messages relevant to your role and subscriptions.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from +1 (833) 465-8378. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive notifications.

Message and data rates may apply. Kaycha Labs does not charge for SMS notifications, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
