Overview

New York requires comprehensive testing for all cannabis products sold in the medical and adult-use markets. Testing must include potency analysis, pesticide screening, heavy metal analysis, microbial testing, mycotoxin analysis, and residual solvent testing where applicable. All testing must be conducted by Office of Cannabis Management licensed laboratories.
